A series of edible paintings reflecting contrasting landscapes of pasture and lagoon or glacier. Using food to recreate these environments, the work considers how our food systems are intimately connected to, and actively shape, the landscapes around us.

The paintings explore the temporal nature of both food and landscape: things that grow, transform, melt, decay and disappear, reminding us that neither is fixed or permanent.
