A sculptural dining landscape drawing on the forms, textures and mythology of Ancient Greece. Edible materials were transformed into architectural and organic forms, blurring the boundaries between food, landscape and ornament.

 

The table became an immersive stage for eating and social connection, inviting diners to move through and interact with a landscape shaped by food.
